I practice from Central London and Ramsgate, Kent. At present, my London practice is full, but I offer initial consultations and ongoing sessions via Zoom or FaceTime.

In our initial consultation, we would discuss the mode, frequency and cost of therapy, tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. If I felt a different practitioner or approach may be more suitable, I will share this perspective. I always encourage exploring options to help you choose what feels right for you, at this time.
